Warranty & Return Policy

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Hunter Select proudly stands behind every item we produce. If an item you have purchased from Hunter Select fails due to a manufacturing, assembly, or material defect, and no modifications or purposefully malicious wearing to the product has been, it will be repaired or replaced. Modification or alteration to these parts including custom coatings and voids all factory warranties.

We are not responsible for items intentionally/ accidentally damaged, destroyed, or products damaged by misapplication/poor maintenance. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part or parts which are returned to Hunter Select and are determined to be defective at our discretion. 

This warranty is made to the original owner/purchaser and is not transferable.

The following items are excluded from this warranty:

1. Normal wear of product finishes on all metal or plastic parts.

2. Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized repair/modification.

 

Exchange Return & Refund Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return products for an exchange or refund for the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, within 30 days of purchase. The original shipping cost is non-refundable and buyer is responsible for the return shipping.

 

Please do not submit unauthorized returns. Please contact us before you return the items. DO NOT return ANYTHING until you have made contact with a representative of Hunter Select.


Returns, refunds, and exchanges can take up to 2-3 business days, not including transit times.

 

30 Day Return Policy

  • We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in their original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories.
  • If a product is defective, please contact us with the picture of the defective item. We will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges without proof of purchase.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges after 30 day of receipt.

When you are returning merchandise, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers tracking numbers and that you place the full value of insurance on the parcels. Hunter Select is not responsible for any packages that are lost while being shipped to us.
